Darae Bunsik

Darae Bunsik is a snack shop in Busan that serves ojingeo muchim and napjak mandu. The ojingeo muchim mixes shredded cabbage and squid hoe in a vinegar-based sauce, and the napjak mandu folds dumpling skins filled with glass noodles in half and grills them. The seasonal namul bibimbap comes with side dishes and a tofu soup made with salted beans, and noodles and mung bean pancakes are also on the menu. Portions are on the small side.
