Dagyeong Yang Gopchang

Dagyeong Yang Gopchang is a restaurant in Busan that grills teukyang, gopchang (grilled intestines), and daechang (beef large intestine). The teukyang is chewy without any off-odor, and the gopchang is rich, with the owner doing the grilling at the table. The owner also makes the side dishes by hand, including pa kimchi, geotjeori, jangajji, and mul kimchi. It is not the kind of place where you should expect a dachi-style atmosphere.
