Daeyang Yang Gopchang

Daeyang Yang Gopchang is a gopchang (grilled intestines) restaurant in Nampo-dong, Busan, serving yang gopchang alongside daechang (beef large intestine) and sochang. The daechang and sochang are grilled separately to keep the oil from splattering, and the jeongol comes with a spicy broth that is not greasy. The room is often full with only one or two seats left, and the staff grill the food for you. The modum yang gopchang portion is on the small side.
