Daegwang Gopchang

Daegwang Gopchang is a gopchang (grilled intestines) restaurant on Busan Yang-gopchang Street. Start with salt-grilled gopchang, continue with seasoned gopchang, and finish with fried rice or gopchang hot pot. The owner grills and stir-fries the yang gopchang. When the queue at Baekhwa Yang-gopchang is long, diners can go to the restaurant next door, but the area in front of the grill gets very hot in summer.
