Cheongjindong Haejangguk

Cheongjindong Haejangguk is an old hangover soup restaurant in Busan that serves ppyeodagwi haejangguk and gamjatang. The broth is made with doenjang and holds meaty pork spine bones and soft ugeoji. The meat on the ppyeodagwi haejangguk comes off the bone easily, and the dried radish greens are cooked until tender. The broth leans more toward doenjang than spice, so it differs from a meal expecting a fiery hangover soup.
