Busan Sutbul Galbi

Busan Sutbul Galbi is an old meat restaurant in the galbi alley of Nampo-dong and Gwangbok-dong in Busan, grilling thin pork collar ribs over charcoal. The pork ribs are marinated in a sweet and salty soy-based sauce and cooked on a wire grill. It is open 365 days a year, and when few customers are present, staff grill the meat so it does not burn and refill paechu and cabbage water kimchi. The taste has changed from before.
