Busan Ggomjangeo is a seafood restaurant in Busan that serves domestic ggomjangeo grilled with seasoning or with salt. The eel is grilled right after being caught, so it comes out chewy rather than fishy. The seasoning is sweet and spicy without being hot, and rice is fried in the pan after the meal.
