Bunsikgongjang is a small restaurant in Busan serving naengjjolmyeon, bibim noodles, and mayak gimbap. Its signature dishes are mayak gimbap and jjol udon, which is served in a distinctive way. Naengjjolmyeon is available as a summer dish, while mayak gimbap has a simple composition and a light taste. Jjol udon is unusual in presentation but has an ordinary taste.
