Buncha and Banh Mi

Bunchaka Gatbanmi is a Vietnamese restaurant inside Ggangtong Market in Busan that serves banh mi, pho, and banh xeo. The bulgogi banh mi has a crisp baguette with a soft interior, and the banh xeo comes out nutty and sweet-and-sour. The pho contains chewy fish cake fried in-house at the shop. The dining room is large and clean, and it works for both groups and solo diners.
