Bugwang Dwaeji-gukbap

Bugwang Dwaeji Gukbap is an old restaurant near Jungang Station in Busan that serves clear pork gukbap. The gukbap comes with rice and meat soaked in the broth, while the suyuk baekban serves rice and meat separately. Customers crowd in during lunch, but the restaurant is quiet afterward, and parking requires using the public lot uphill and walking down. The broth is on the salty side and the portions feel small.
