Baekhwa Yang-Gopchang

Baekhwa Yanggopchang is a gopchang-gui restaurant in Busan that grills beef intestines. Customers choose gopchang, daechang, heart, or teukyang, prepared either salt-grilled or marinated, and can add yang bokkeumbap or udon noodles to the marinated gopchang. The intestines are grilled at the table, and about 15 people sit around one grill. The indoor space is cramped with poor ventilation, so there is a lot of smoke.
