Bada Jip is an old restaurant in Busan that serves sujung jeongol, a hot pot with clams, octopus, and shrimp. The trimmed seafood, onion, vegetables, and glass noodles are brought in a jeongol pot with a hollow center, and diners add a bundle of glass noodles to the broth and boil it. The broth is light and clean, so rice is sometimes added and cooked down in it. The amount of seafood in the pot is small.
