1969 Buwondong Kalguksu

1969 Buwondong Kalguksu Nampo Main Branch in Nampo-dong, Busan serves haemul kalguksu and bibim kalguksu. The buwon kalguksu is topped with oysters, mussels, clams, scallops, chives, seaweed flakes and sesame, and the house-made noodles are springy and chewy. The broth, simmered with seafood and vegetables, is clean and deep without any heaviness. The kalguksu falls short of expectations.
