Hinokaoden is a bar in Busan that serves eomuk and various anju. The tamago tenpura has a crisp batter and a yolk that bursts, and the tsukune carries a charcoal aroma. Window seats sit at the first-floor entrance, group use is available, and the men's and women's restrooms are separate. A minimum order applies, so even a light visit has to meet the required order amount.
