Fudo is an Italian restaurant on the basement first floor in front of Kyoto City Hall. It serves creative dishes that mix in Japanese ingredients, including foie gras marinated in nama yatsuhashi and saikyo miso, plus pasta and risotto made with Japanese seasonings, all available a la carte. Reservations open one month in advance on TableCheck. A reservation is required, so same-day visits are not possible.
