Shigeharu

Shigeharu is a small knife shop in Nakagyo Ward, Kyoto, selling santoku and petty knives. It carries various knives, including aogami steel models, and the craftsman explains the products in person. The shop often opens on Fridays between 9am and noon, but the days vary, so calling ahead in Japanese is better. Only one person or a small group can enter at a time.
