The main branch of Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki restaurant Micchan Sohonten sits next to a hotel in Hatchobori. The DX Special includes soba or udon with squid, shrimp, pork and rice cake, and comes with mayonnaise and sauce served on the side. Orders are taken before opening, and food arrives within five minutes of seating. Seating includes counter seats facing the griddle, table seats and partitioned seats, and the flavor is somewhat flat when there is too little sauce.
