Juniya

Junior is a small restaurant in Hiroshima that serves Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki. You can order Niyayaki, Juniayaki, and Fufuyaki, and choose to eat from the teppan or a plate. There are only seven or eight seats, and cooking takes about 25 to 30 minutes after ordering. The space is narrow, with almost no gap between neighboring seats, and smoke sometimes fills the room.
