Appachan is a restaurant in Hiroshima that serves Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki. The okonomiyaki is cooked with pork fat, the noodles are grilled until crisp, and a noodle-free version is also available. The restaurant is on the second floor, reached by stairs or the elevator in the building, and there is a wait on weekday evenings as well. Seating for four people is limited.
