Okonomiyaki Hasshou

Okonomiyaki Hot Show is a restaurant in Hiroshima that serves Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki, near Kanayamacho Station. It layers soba and cabbage and grills them on a teppan, with sauce and mayonnaise placed on each table. Counter seats look directly onto the cooking, and the space holds about 18 people at a time. On weekends, arriving after the first group means a wait of over 40 minutes.
