Yoshidaki Shimen is a noodle shop in the Eska underground arcade connected to Nagoya Station, serving kishimen and udon. The cold kishimen highlights a chewy, tangy noodle texture, and the set meal comes with crispy fried items. At noon on weekdays the shop was crowded, and one visit involved a wait of about 20 minutes. It sits deep inside the underground arcade, so it is hard to find at first.
