Unagi restaurant Hirudake Unagiya Meieki

Hirudake Unagi and Sumiyaki Unagi Fujisan is an eel restaurant on the third floor of a building near Nagoya Station. It serves charcoal-grilled eel over rice and hitsumabushi, with the eel grilled crisp outside and soft inside. The hitsumabushi comes with tare and broth so it can be eaten in three ways. Orders are placed by QR code or phone, and there is no elevator, so guests take the stairs to the third floor.
