Sushi Nomidori Nagoya is a sushi restaurant in the Nagoya Station building. The anago sushi comes topped with a whole half eel, and the chef's omakase set and futomaki can also be ordered. At 11:30 a.m. the wait was already 40 parties deep, though counter seats can get in within an hour, and while waiting you can look around the Uniqlo and GU on the floor below. Weekend lunch waits run 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours, which is a burden if your schedule is tight.
