Misokatsu Yabaton

Yabaton Sakae Honten is a basement miso katsu restaurant in Sakae, Nagoya, reached by taking the stairs down in front of the New Balance store. Customers order miso katsu on a hot plate or as a half-and-half set and eat it with miso sauce. Between 2 and 2:30 p.m. people have entered without waiting, and on weekdays seats are available. The miso sauce is salty, and the hot plate dish can feel heavy as you eat.
