Hitsumabushi Inou Eska is a Japanese restaurant in the Eska underground shopping arcade at Nagoya Station that serves grilled eel over rice. Hitsumabushi is eaten with scallions and wasabi, and the rice can also be finished as ochazuke by pouring on a clear eel broth. Near opening time, customers choose their menu outside and are then shown to a seat. The shop is small, and the wait runs about 40 minutes even on weekdays.
