Ichifuji is a Japanese restaurant in Nagoya that serves unagi don and hitsumabushi. The eel is grilled over fire until tender, layered between the rice, and eaten first as is, then divided with yakumi and chazuke. At 2 PM on a weekday one table was occupied, and at 5 PM there were no customers, with reserved guests seated on a different floor. The tea for chazuke is plain unsweetened tea and tastes weak.
