IBASHOU

Ibasyo is a freshwater eel restaurant in the Sakae district of Nagoya. Its signature dish, hitsumabushi, is eaten three ways, finishing with green tea poured over the rice. The building has a courtyard at its center, with seats facing the garden and tatami rooms. The clear soup is a matter of preference.
