Hitsumabushi Nagoya Bincho Kinshachiyokocho is an eel-over-rice restaurant in Kinshachiyokocho, directly in front of the entrance to Nagoya Castle. The eel and rice are eaten three ways: with seaweed, scallion and wasabi, and with broth poured over. Reservations are available, and the lunch wait is 10 to 30 minutes. The rice portion is on the larger side, so it needs adjusting when ordering.
