Ekikama Kishimen

Ekikama Kishimen is a kishimen specialist on the large first-floor concourse of JR Nagoya Station. It serves warm noodles and cold noodle dishes, with flat, chewy noodles, and offers miso kishimen, beef kishimen, and tempura kishimen, along with fried kim and fried shrimp. It opens at 7 a.m. and sells breakfast sets until 9, and orders are placed at a ticket machine with photos. At lunch the wait can run 10 to 15 minutes, and the katsuobushi clumps together, so the texture is uneven.
