Sumiga

Sumiga is a restaurant in Myeongji, Busan, serving sujebi and seafood kalguksu. The sujebi is soft and chewy, and the kalguksu broth turns spicy when daedegi is added, with kong kalguksu also available in summer. Lines form often, though tables turn over at a decent rate. Parking is inconvenient.
