Sobok Hoe is a aged and raw fish restaurant in Myeongji International City, Busan. It serves aged flounder hoe and maeuntang, along with corn cheese and kimchi jeon on an unlimited refill basis, and the hoe can be ordered as a course or a la carte. It opens from 4 p.m., has private rooms, and takes many delivery orders, so phone reservations or waiting are required. There is no parking lot, and the store gets loud when it is crowded.
