Simsasukgo

Simsa Sukgo is a meat restaurant in Busan's Myeongji International New Town that serves aged meat and samgyeopsal. Staff grill the meat on a pot lid at the table, and sets come with doenjang jjigae and cheese for grilling. The ssam vegetables include perilla leaf, lettuce, cabbage and dang-gwi leaf, and the doenjang jjigae can be refilled. Ssam vegetables and vegetables for grilling are self-service.
