Seonchang Galmi Gui

Seonchang Galmi Gui is a restaurant on the ground floor of Myeongji Seonchang Hoe Town in Busan, serving galmi clams as shabu-shabu and grilled. Orders include galmi clams grilled with samgyeopsal (pork belly) or shabu-shabu mixed with saejo clams, finished by adding kimchi and udon noodles to the remaining broth. Arriving at 17:00 without a reservation, only one seat was left as nearly all tables were booked, and the parking lot is large. When galmi clams are out of season or unavailable, scallops are substituted.
