Samseong Galmi Jogae

Samseong Galmi Jogae is a restaurant on the second floor of Myeongji Seonchang Hoetown near Eulsukdo in Busan. It serves galmi clams, a shabu-shabu with the clams, and samgyeopsal. The clam shabu-shabu broth is finished with kalguksu or bokkeumbap. Staff show diners how to eat the clams and what to combine them with, and the clams are briefly cooked in a broth with several vegetables while diners look out over the Nakdonggang.
