Manseon Hoetjip is a raw fish restaurant in Myeongji-dong, Busan, set in a small fishing village facing the Nakdong River. It serves natural assorted hoe and saekkosi, with portions that run generous. Meals can be taken on the second floor overlooking the Nakdong River. The dodari ssukguk has a strong mugwort aroma, the rice is mixed with glutinous rice, and the maeuntang is not salty.
