Geumsori Galmi Clam

Geumsori Galmi Jogae is a seafood restaurant in Busan where diners eat galmi clams while looking out at the sea. The signature way to eat is to add kalguksu, knife-cut noodles, to the galmi clam shabu-shabu at the end. You can order seafood from the seafood shop across the street and bring it to the restaurant, or choose directly from the restaurant menu. It is a place that is hard to find unless you are a local.
