Kinryūzan is a charcoal yakiniku restaurant in the Shirokane residential area of Tokyo, about a ten-minute walk from Shirokane-takanawa Station. It serves tongue salt grill, liver, harami, galbi, and chateaubriand à la carte, eaten dipped in a seasoned egg sauce. The space has a few small tables and two tatami seats, and the kitchen emphasizes the freshness of raw meat over aging, grilling it over charcoal. Reservations are effectively difficult for new customers.
