Teppanyaki Dan is a monjayaki restaurant in Shinbashi, Minato City, Tokyo, serving monjayaki and okonomiyaki. The mentaiko cheese rice cake and pork kimchi monjayaki and the seafood and samgyeopsal okonomiyaki are cooked by staff on the griddle. Staff cook the monjayaki on the griddle when it is difficult to make yourself. The restaurant stays open late, and in the evening there are no seats without a reservation.
