Chisen is a kushikatsu restaurant a three-minute walk from Roppongi Station in Tokyo. Its seasonal course includes nine seasonal skewers and two Japanese dishes, and the omakase can be stopped once you are full. Opened in 1975, the shop has only counter seating and serves freshly fried skewers directly from two frying stations. The course is priced on the higher side for what it includes.
