Uokin Sohonten is a seafood-focused izakaya a five-minute walk from Shimbashi Station in Tokyo. Its main menu item is a six-piece sashimi moriawase whose contents change with the day's selection, ordered alongside simmered sea bream head in soy sauce and grilled mentaiko. The first branch opened in Shimbashi in 1995, and the venue now runs on three floors with a choice of counter or table seating. Drink prices are on the high side.
