Shinjidai

Shinjidai Shinbashi is an izakaya near Shinbashi Station in Tokyo that serves yakitori and drinking snacks. Its signature dishes are sugar-dusted fried chicken skin and grilled chicken skin skewers. Most customers are locals, smoking including e-cigarettes is allowed indoors, and there are other branches around Shinbashi Station. Ventilation is weak, so the interior is hot and smoky.
