Takeshi

Takeishi is an izakaya in the Okaido shopping arcade in Matsuyama that serves oden, including kamaboko and chikuwa. Side dishes such as daikon, konnyaku, mochi kinchaku, toriten, and fried tofu come in a strong katsuobushi broth. Ordered oden is boiled together in the broth and served in one bowl. The daikon is undercooked and the seasoning can taste light.
