Koshiki is a Japanese restaurant in Matsuyama that serves taimeshi and five-colour somen, and it sits not far from Okaido-dori. The Matsuyama style is a mild sea bream rice, while the Uwajima style is sea bream hoe dipped in soy sauce and egg yolk. Taimeshi and somen can be ordered together, and the meal comes with side dishes made with anchovy and cucumber. When groups of tourists arrive, the restaurant quickly becomes loud.
