Tokyo Character Street

Tokyo Character Street is a shopping mall on the B1 floor of Tokyo Station where stores selling character goods from Pokemon, Sanrio, Ghibli, and Rilakkuma are gathered. Visitors can make their own Tomica cars, and there are Japan-limited Lego products and a store dedicated to a broadcasting company. Receipts from purchases are collected and processed at the tax refund counter on the first floor, and refunds are issued only to cards. On weekends the store spaces are small and crowds are heavy, so checkout lines are long.
