Shin-Marunouchi Building

Shin-Marunouchi Building is a commercial complex of shops and restaurants in Marunouchi, across from Tokyo Station. From the outdoor terrace on the 7th floor, you can eat while looking at Tokyo Station or view the night scenery for free. The terrace is a narrow space between the tables of the restaurant and bar area, so it is not as spacious as an observation deck. It gets crowded with visitors, which makes it uncomfortable to stay quietly alone.
