Marunouchi Building

Marunouchi Building is a commercial complex in the Marunouchi district in front of Tokyo Station. It houses Tsutaya Books, Starbucks, and several restaurants, and on the 4th floor you can drink coffee while looking down at Tokyo Station. The 5th-floor observation area offers a view of Tokyo Station from outside the automatic doors, but photography is prohibited, and the 7th-floor restaurant level has a smoking area. A ventilation duct in front of the viewing spot blocks the view, and the area is very crowded.
