Yabukyu is a soba restaurant in Nihonbashi, Tokyo, founded in 1902, serving curry soba, udon, and seasonal soba. Its main dishes, black pork curry seiro and curry nanban, come with a choice of four spice levels, and the soba is dipped into or mixed with the curry broth. The restaurant is a walk from Tokyo Station's Yaesu exit and Takashimaya, and at lunch diners add rice to the remaining curry after eating the soba. Payment is cash only.
