Uoman Tokyo Honten is a Japanese restaurant in the basement of a building near Otemachi Station on the Mita Line, serving set meals and kaiseki-style courses built around grilled fish and hoe. At lunch the choices include saikyo-yaki silver salmon, a set with grilled fish and two kinds of roast pork, and salt-grilled saury, each with hoe, small side dishes, and a miso soup with plenty of ingredients. Arriving at 11:30, you write your name and wait behind about ten groups, but the dining room is large with ample space between seats and you are seated soon after. The salmon sometimes comes out slightly cold.
