Tsukiji Mottainai Project Uoharu

Tsukiji Mottainai Project Uoharu is a seafood izakaya on the basement first floor of the Shin-Tokyo Building, a three-minute walk from Yurakucho Station. It serves hoe, grilled and simmered dishes made with fish that the market rejected, along with rare fish dishes and a range of Japanese sake. Lunch runs until 14:30, and the seafood rice bowl can be finished like ochazuke by pouring on sea bream broth. Portions per plate are small.
