Tokyo Station Ikaruga

Ikaruga serves Kyokai tonkotsu ramen on the basement Ramen Street at Tokyo Station in Marunouchi, Chiyoda City. The broth is built on tonkotsu with added seafood flavor, and the bowl comes with chashu, ajitama, and menma. You buy a meal ticket from the machine at the entrance and then wait in line. The seating is narrow and you can bring your luggage in, and the soup is on the salty side.
